The main idea behind the spatial development was to open up the driveway area and integrate it into the surrounding space. The minimalist aesthetics on the pedestrian walkways and the square in front of the building is broken up with an openwork surface composed of Vjetra® paving stones (3% of biologically active surface). The parking lot and driveway were designed with 33% biologically active surface (with grass-filled recesses). The design involves pro-environmental and simple solutions: Vjetra® paving stones, a green roof, a facade of natural lime plaster, and eco-concrete for the terrace and small architectural elements.
